RichardFirst, we thank you for visiting our website. Watch our beautiful snakes that we passionately care for every day.

We (father and son) are Joey & Richard Taal and since 2008 we keep several snakes. Our collection will over time only expand and eventually we will attempt to get offspring of our most beautiful animals. Through this website we want to keep you informed about the progress of our hobby, the purchase of new animals and offspring.

The passion for reptiles actually arose in Australia where many of our family lives. After several trips Down Under, you can not help but fall in love with all the beauty in the wild. The first trip was in 1992, which was the ultimate root of our hobby. Richard was on a trip with his wife Vicky, visiting relatives for 3 months. The reptile world has made such an impression that keeping reptiles became a dream. It remained a dream for a long time.

JoeyBack in the Netherlands, daily stuf took over. There was a marriage, two children (Joey and Nikki) and another trip to Australia in 2007.
Joey was faced with the same passion for reptiles. Joey passed high school in 2011 and has been adapted to study biology. His focus is currently in the direction of herpetology. After the trip in 2007, he asked if he could have a snake. With that question, it all started.
It took until 2008 before it actually happened. Meanwhile, we visited various exhibitions, read books and talked to a lot of snakekeepers.
In August 2008 the first snake was finally purchased. A cornsnake.

Meanwhile, our collection expanded to 2 boa constrictors, 13 ballpythons and a 1 carpet python ( origin Australia). We have a separate room for our snakes where they stay in a quiet environment.
